CNC machining

Send documentation to confirm feasibility, scope and timing.

01Service scope

One machining centre.
Many operations.

We adapt the machining sequence to the geometry, material and batch size. Every order begins with a completeness check of the supplied data.

CNC / SCOPE

CNC machining

Part production based on agreed technical documentation.

  • Board cutting and panel optimisation
  • 2D contour milling and 3D reliefs
  • Drilling, engraving and pocketing
  • Milled fronts and custom components
  • Edge banding and preparation for assembly
  • Production based on customer documentation

02 / FILE PREPARATION

Good documentation shortens the path to production.

You do not need to know every technical detail. This information helps us verify the project faster and prepare a reliable quotation.

01

1:1 scale

Prepare the geometry at actual size using one agreed unit of measurement.

02

Closed contours

Remove duplicate lines, gaps and auxiliary elements that are not part of the machining process.

03

Operation layers

Place milling, drilling, cutting and engraving on clearly named, separate layers.

04

Depths

Specify the depth of every operation and the side from which the component is to be machined.

05

Material and quantity

Provide the material type, thickness, quantity and expected completion date.

06

Grain direction

Mark the decor or grain direction wherever it affects the cutting layout.

Have a sketch instead of a CAD file? Attach it to your enquiry with dimensions and a description of the application. We will tell you what data is needed before production.

We confirm feasibility, tolerances and the scope of operations after reviewing the files, material and quantity.
04Order process

A clear route
from enquiry to collection.

After reviewing the documentation, we confirm the scope, cost and lead time. Production begins only after you approve the arrangements.

01

Documentation

Send the file and specify the material, quantity and expected completion date.

02

Verification

A technologist will check the geometry, operations and completeness of the data.

03

Quote and lead time

You will receive the scope of work, cost and proposed completion date.

04

Production

After approval, we release the material and begin machining and finishing.

05

Collection or delivery

We pack the components and prepare them for collection or transport.

06FAQ

Common questions
before a CNC quote.

If your question is not answered here, send a file or description. A technologist will identify any missing information.

01What should I send for an initial CNC quote?

Provide part names, quantities, material, finish, expected deadline and notes. Create a PDF on the Contact page; choosing PDF, DXF or STEP attachments downloads a ZIP containing the enquiry and files. The generator runs locally in your browser and sends nothing. Email the downloaded document or archive yourself to zbyszek@wood-home.com.pl.

02When will the schedule be confirmed?

Timing is confirmed individually after documentation and current production capacity are reviewed.

09 / QUOTATION

Have a project? Let us see how we can manufacture it.

Send the documentation and specify the material and number of components. We will verify the project and prepare an individual quotation.
