2. Data you provide
You can contact us by email or telephone. We receive the contact details, correspondence and order documentation you provide. Providing data is voluntary, but without reply details or an order description we may be unable to handle your enquiry. Please do not send national identification numbers, health information or other data unnecessary for a quotation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries about your contract and performance of that contract are handled under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence, including contact with company representatives, relies on Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in business communication. Legally required accounting relies on Article 6(1)(c); establishing and defending claims relies on Article 6(1)(f).
4. CNC enquiry generator — no submission
Component names, quantities, materials, finishes, dates, notes and selected PDF, DXF and STEP files are processed in your browser. The generator does not send them to our server or save them in the CMS. You download a PDF or ZIP to your device. The company only receives the file if you choose to email it yourself. Remember to remove downloaded files from shared devices.
5. Technical data and security
When you open a page, the server receives information including your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser details. Technical logs support operation, error diagnosis and protection against abuse under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This website does not perform advertising profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects. Browser storage is described in the cookie notice.
6. Who may receive data
Authorised personnel handling orders and providers of email, hosting, IT maintenance and accounting may access data as needed. Public authorities may receive data where required by law. We do not sell contact data. Please limit order documentation to the information needed to handle the order.
7. Retention
Correspondence is used until the enquiry is resolved and, for orders, until the contract is performed and settled. Records subject to a legal duty are kept for the period applicable to that type of record; data needed for claims is kept until the relevant limitation period or dispute ends. We limit the data retained after a matter closes. You can ask which period applies to your correspondence.
8. Local files and logs
We do not archive generator data on our server. Downloaded PDF and ZIP files remain on your device until you delete them. Technical log availability depends on server log rotation; incident records may be needed to investigate an event and protect claims. 9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies to automated processing based on consent or contract. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. 10. Complaints and requests
You may complain to the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl) or a competent EU supervisory authority. We normally respond to data-rights requests within one month; GDPR-permitted extensions require an explanation. Where there are reasonable doubts, we may request information needed to confirm your identity.
11. External services
Fonts and generator tools are served from our domain. We do not embed advertising, analytics or automatically loaded maps. External links open services governed by their own policies, including transfers outside the EEA. Contact us for information about recipients of your data and any international transfer and its safeguards.
12. Using the website
This website presents our services and helps prepare an enquiry document. It has no shopping cart or online contract conclusion. Scope, price and completion date require individual agreement. The generator needs a current browser with JavaScript; check the PDF before sending it. Report website or accessibility problems by email or telephone. The current version of this notice is published at this address.
